Introduction
The Changeling breeding program, set up 2 months after the conclusion of the Changeling War.
The program was set up in order to minimize the need for 'live' test subjects as well as minimize the risk to damaging unique specimins.
Overview
The program uses a modified DNA sample collected from multiple specimins of SCP-005-C to create a powerless and 'inert' subspecies of SCP-005-C thus creating the perfect test subject for use by the LTF Foundation and Dr. Malikov of the SCP Foundation.
The 'inert' subspecies lack any ability to fly, use magic or transform thus making them a safer alternative to true members of SCP-005-C. This subspecies are known as Class-X
Members of Class-X are grown over a 4 week period reaching maturity 3 days after.
Class-X members are bred in separate sections label according to their distribution location; E.G. changelings labeled 'CL-X-S30' are transported to Site-30, CL-X-RF' are destined for Site-RF and so on.
Members of Class-X are used as Class-D equivalents in Equestria to phase out the now rare D-Class changeling subjects but serve a different purpose on Site-30.
Site-30 Class-X subjects are distribute for use for Dr. Malikovs experimental devices such as the [REDACTED].
A seperate branch of Site-30 Class-Xs are alocated for Discord and Eris' personal uses but manly revolve around 'playful torture.'
Most to all Site-30 Class-X subjects do not survive as long as regular Class-D subjects.
Each Class-X subject is issued a Class-X D-Class jumpsuit upon issuing them to their quarters within Site-30. Under no circumstances are they put these on outside of testing or take them off during (non-compliance will result in subject termination). Subjects showing a [REDACTED] interest in SCP-005-H-1, a clone of SCP-005, are immediately issued a 005-CHD jumpsuit and immediately moved for testing.
Escape attempt
During a brood test, a group of class-x breached containment and drained all the researchers in that sector of all their love.
Dark Knights was summoned to recontain the escapees. They were captured and put into a KETER Class Containment cell.
Notes from Pony Dragon
We may of made them 'inert' but the side effect is we made them 'Smarter than the average changling'.

Addendum
In a controlled test, Class-X subjects behaved 48% better in the presence and vicinity of SCP-005-H-1. As such, SCP-005-H-1 has been transfered to Containment sector-8 at Site-30.
